Return Policy

Special Circumstance Notice! Due to Covid 19 we cannot accept any returns at this time. This is to protect the safety of our customers and staff. Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.

Non-sale merchandise may be returned (subject to the exceptions below) within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund Minus Shipping charges. If Free shipping was given at checkout then your refund will be the full amount minus a Shipping and Handling fee of $30 per system.  Shipping charges paid or given free by us are not refundable. 

Systems and components may be returned in New condition only.  No returns will be accepted on product that is not in new unused condition. Your satisfaction is our top Priority! If you are unsure if our product is right for you we ask you please test the system out in a clean environment with all skin completely covered in clean clothing. Take care when unpacking and testing that the system stays in new condition. If after trying it is not for you please repackage in the same manner in which the system arrived new and contact us for return authorization. You are responsible for ensuring the sustem is returned to us properly packaged same as you received it. You are responsible for the product until we have it back in our possession. We highly recommend you pay for insurance when you set up your shipping return. Product Damaged during shipping is your responsibility. Any damage claims must be addressed with your shipping provider.   Please contact us at sales@elevated-legs.com for. return authorization before returning the system.
